How often do you connect or reconnect with yourself? Do you even think about it? Most of us don’t. We go through life driven by our calendars, other people’s agendas, the news and other external factors. The time left to reflect on ourselves, and feeling what we want to do next deep down is very limited – if not inexistent.

Is this an issue? I will argue that we really need time and space to reconnect with ourselves. In order to design a life in accordance with what we desire, not what we are being given.

In this episode you will hear 3 steps to follow to reconnect with yourself:

  • Disconnecting with the world: in order to hear your own intuition and personal yearnings, you need to shut out the noise from the media, consumerism and technology.
  • Checking in with yourself with how you are feeling physically, mentally and emotionally
  • Spending some time asking yourself some deep questions about your life, what you enjoy and what works for you.

For the last step I give you an exhaustive list of questions you can journal on, so I recommend you grab a notepad when listening to this episode.

You will leave with a concrete framework to reintroduce a personal touch in your life, which is the first step in creating positive change. That clarity is critical to define your goals and make decisions that will greatly impact your quality of life.

Please share this page or episode with a friend – we all need to get to know ourselves a bit better and know how to do this.
