Who doesn’t feel work stress? I am definitely prone to it, though I have learnt over the years to manage my stress better. But the opportunities to remain stressed abound in our world, and in our workplaces. Is this how it is? I don’t believe so, and I want to show you how you can better control your stress at work.

In this episode I’m dissecting work stress and sharing with you some tools to overcome it. You will hear:

  • What stress really is, and what it isn’t
  • The conscious thoughts that create stress and how to reframe them
  • What may be going on unconsciously for you
  • The way to limit your exposure to environments which can foster a stress response
