If you are a working parent, I don’t need to tell you how hard it is. It’s a constant juggle, a game of push-pull across both directions at all times. We often don’t feel like we aren’t doing well at either. Whilst in fact we are, given the circumstances and the roles we have endorsed.

Being a working parent is often associated with feelings like guilt, fatigue, vulnerability. And no amount of productivity tips or hacks can work to eradicate those. Instead I’m bringing you here 6 guiding principles to optimise your journey. Not master it – because we can’t. But ways of being and showing up that will create balance across work and home.

In this episode you will hear:

  • How to master the dance of priorities across work and your children
  • The importance of being congruent across both and appreciate both equally
  • The necessity of having a home base to recharge yourself
  • The distinctive support and role we play for our kids that work cannot give us

You will leave with inspiration about what could be tweaked in your career + life to ease your mental load and bring you more peace.

Please share this page or episode with the working mothers you know, so we can collectively empower each other and feel satisfied in our career + life.
