How do you spot your own fears? This is something I’ve got really good at as a coach. So many of us operate under the sneaky spell of our fears without being fully conscious of it. But they don’t have to be avoided at all costs, or hidden. In fact I want to show you how to make peace with them, and work around them.

In this episode you will hear me unpack 3 main fears I see lots of women have (myself included!):

  • The fear of failure: showing up on its own as a resistance to change or growth, or masked as perfectionism.
  • The fear of loss: linked to associating one’s identity with the external aspects of a job or lifestyle, which means we cannot let go of them.
  • The fear of judgment: being constantly mindful and avoidant of other people’s opinions because we think they will hurt us.

For each of the fears above, I explore with you what may be the underlying cause and how to overcome it in a simple way. This is a very concrete and life-changing episode for all of us, so we don’t let our fears drive the bus of our life and stay small.
