The best advice we can give is often to a younger part of ourselves. Our 30’s are often a huge decade of growth. So many changes, lessons and steps taken. I look back on my life and realise all I’ve learnt along the way that I wish I had known sooner, faster.
So I decided to summarised the content of this decade into one episode – into 8 pieces of advice to my 30 year old self if I could talk to her.
This episode goes wide and large across all main areas of life to give you recommendations on how to maximise your career + life equation at this important point of your life.
You’ll learn:
- How to balance having a career and having children
- The importance of feeling worthy within yourself, rather than through external achievements
- What standing for and knowing yourself look like
- How to optimise your friendships
- Behaviours you should not accept
- How you have time for love and need to manage your expectations
This advice will ring true all through your 40’s as well. You will hear it straight from me, because I have been there and I’ve learnt the lessons. You don’t have to get stuck where I was. It’s the fast track approach.
Please share this episode with your friends and family who need some inspiration in their lives to keep moving forwards.
