Do you read personal development books? I will confess I’m a huge fan (read: addict). I have been learning so much over the years that I wanted to share that knowledge with you.

Across all the many books I have read, I could not help but notice key themes and common truths. So my goal in this episode was to bring you the core lessons that can be found  in personal development. In a way that is simplified enough that it is easy to digest and process, leaving you the opportunity to dig deeper as you wish.

So here are the key lessons you will hear about:

  • How life isn’t about having an easy time
  • What is your compass for success (hint: it has a lot to do with you)
  • What your ego is, its role and how to limit its control over your life
  • How important it is to heal from past emotional trauma
  • The role of your emotions in guiding your choices and creating the right energy.

You will leave feeling enlightened about some of the key questions you may have had in your life, and with core knowledge on how to move forward.

Please share this episode with your friends, sisters and loved ones to inspire them to learn these lessons too.
