Do you like the juggle? Or does it eat you for breakfast?
I am a regular juggler, and I love juggling. It can get stressful and lead to overwhelm – absolutely. But for me it’s an opportunity to practice finding balance within my days and having an enjoyable life. And it is totally possible.
Lately I have been juggling even more than my normal load – relocating and finding a new home, all within 3 weeks prior to Christmas. It’s possible. When you have the right foundations in place, and the tools to manage your mind and your to-do-list.
This is what this episode is about. I share with you my 6 essential tips to juggle multiple, important balls in the air at the same time AND not go crazy.
Listen up to learn about those 6 tips:
- Juggle, don’t cram: here I discuss what your calendar should look like
- Juggle calmly, not crazy: your mindset is key in achieving a sense of balance instead of overwhelm and stress
- One mind: this is about narrowing your focus onto one things only
- Set up your day: the super critical first step to ensure your day runs smoothly
- Rest up: how you need mini breaks along the way to last throughout the juggle
- “Midgrade’ things: a good compromise to get things done efficiently.
You will understand that juggling a lot does not have to mean stressing a lot. You can be calm and collected if you are clear on your priorities, what doesn’t get done and don’t let your mind run wild about what you ‘have to do’.
Please share this episode with anyone who is juggling a lot (which is pretty much anyone right?) so they can try out these strategies for themselves.
