It is not everyday I come across a book that resonates that much with my life experience, and the feelings of my clients. So I had share it with you.
Dr. Shefali wrote this book to describe the journey of awakening she went through herself – from feeling powerless and less than, in an unhappy marriage, putting others’ needs always of hers. She realised she was being anything but her true self. So she awoken, and transformed her life to be more free, to heal from past patterns and claiming her own rights.
