Don’t we all have experienced interactions with toxic people? Unfortunately they are everywhere. In our workplaces, in our networks, sometimes even within our homes.

Being on the receiving end is tough. Our self-confidence falters in the face of those people who are having a go at us, directly or indirectly. Our tendency is to retreat, and then we are left with our negative emotions. Is there a better way?

There sure is, even if it is not an easy one. Nobody should accept ill-treatment from others, irrespective of circumstances.

In this episode, you’ll hear:

  • How to identify toxic behaviour and to protect yourself as it happens
  • What the situation can teach you about your own self-beliefs
  • The 2 options you have when involved in a toxic dynamic
  • The secret to prevent these attacks from affecting you

After this episode and putting into practice its tools, you will feel a lot more confident in your ability to handle those people and even smell them a mile away. It’s time to feel respected in your integrity  and be free to speak up.

Please share this episode with your friends and colleagues who may also have faced a similar challenging situation.
