The best thing we can do after a year, especially a hard one, is to look back and learn. Reflect and bank the lessons you’ve collected along the way.

2021 was no piece of cake. Like we all wish it would be, after the pains of 2020. But no, we were meant to grow further. And grow we did, through the challenges thrown at us and the constant evolution of the world.

What was it like for you personally? What did you learn?Make sure you journal on your own reflections. You can use my free 2021-2022 Planner (link below).

In this episode, you’ll hear 5 collective lessons I observed:

  • How we have proven that we are wired for survival
  • The problem with fighting uncertainty and the need to accept to let go
  • Identifying when something you wanted didn’t happen, and it was in your highest good in retrospect
  • The importance of looking after your mental well-being
  • How 2021 fits with 2020 and 2022 in the cycle of change we are all going through

These lessons will hopefully resonate with you, and help you uncover more of your own. I finish off with some perspective on 2022 to give you courage and inspiration.

Please share this episode with your friends and family so we can collectively reflect on what was learnt and realise what a rich year it was.
