How hard to you work? How much of it is a choice? Does it give you the results you are after?

I wanted to clarify in this episode how much hard work is required vs. perceived to be required, and when it is worth doing. Some dedication and effort is part of every (work) life. But I show you how the current times call for a redefinition of the amount of work we produce, as results aren’t as linear.

In this episode you’ll learn:

  • The old vs. new mentality at work which makes the hard work = results equation no longer valid
  • How to decide on which hard work is worth putting in
  • 2 core beliefs associated with hard work that need to shift
  • My perspective on when hard work is truly required

I also share in this episode examples from my own life journey so you can understand why hard work doesn’t always pay off, or bring you worthiness.

Please share this episode with your friends and colleagues so we can collectively reduce the amount of hard work we are putting in when it’s not paying off for us.
