Many of us can now move to Hybrid Working – part work from home, part work from the office. This is the new current thing – but at the same time it is still not totally defined, and we have little experience with it.

So in this episode I help you navigate the choices and challenges of hybrid working. Backed up by recent research, you’ll hear insights from both the employee side as well as employers.

The goal of this episode is to give you a clear overview of the landscape that is Hybrid Working, and give you the right advice to know what to look for & what to watch out.

You’ll learn:

  • How to get clear on your own needs
  • How to navigate Hybrid Working with your employer
  • What are the perks and concerns for employees s. employers (spoiler alert: these are very different!)
  • How you can best position yourself based on employers’ challenges
  • 5 key strategies to set yourself up to enjoy Hybrid Working and get the most out of it.

You will realise that Hybrid Working is much more than just a mixed location of work. Rather than it is an opportunity to design your career + life in a way that aligns with your values and goals.

I also warn you that this is a new territory where you can expect different frameworks and communication tools from your workplace.

Please share this episode with anyone who is working at least partially remotely. It will shed some light on what is possible for them and help them have the best work life balance too.
